NewEra Homes real estate website
Challenge
We partnered with Newera Homes on their latest mission – Refined Living – in spring 2020. A digital platform was required to embody their vision of providing excellent real estate development and management for guaranteed wealth through refined living. For users to discover a refined living for themselves and their families, the site had to engage and encourage them, with clear calls to action and simple user journeys.
In designing the platform, one of the challenges was to create something that stood out from the everyday Nigerian real estate company.
Solution
One of the first things we did was to conduct in-depth research and give advice on what would position them for who they are. There were a lot of strategy sessions.
We then had to make sure the site was easy to navigate, populated with relevant information, and easy contact links.
These objectives were achieved through a variety of steps, including but not limited to:
- Great site architecture
- A purpose-driven brand strategy
- Developed a strategy for content creation
- Continous website maintenance
